Een jaarlijkse rankinglijst van gamechangers uit verschillende communities die impact hebben op kleine en grote schaal. Wij creëren vanuit De Community Top 100 content die het verhaal vertelt van verschillende communities en waarbij wij zelf de keuze hebben welke verhalen we vertellen en vooral hoe we dat doen. Met cultuursensitieve context en zonder stereotyperingen. Eigen verhalen vertellen waarbij wij mensen uit onze communities in de jaarlijkse Community Top 100 uitlichten. De roep om sociale gelijkheid, representatie, LGBTQIA+ acceptatie, de BLM-movement en bijbehorende kritische generaties; we staan met z’n allen voor een shift in de samenleving. Een shift in perceptie en in denkpatronen, we eisen in alle lagen van de samenleving gelijkwaardigheid.
Door De Community Top 100 elk jaar te maken, zijn de 100 namen elk jaar ambassadeurs van ons platform, waarmee de impact van onze missie elk jaar groeit. Door deze rolmodellen deelgenoot van onze filosofie te maken worden ook zij in een andere context gezien en geplaatst door zowel hun eigen omgeving als bij media, organisaties en het bedrijfsleven. Wij geloven in de kracht van inclusiviteit en representatie. Wij maken professionals en talenten uit communities zichtbaar en laten een realistischer Nederland zien vanuit kracht en vanuit de overtuiging dat onze samenleving pas echt vooruit kan als we die verschillen omarmen en elkaar beter begrijpen.

An annual ranking list of gamechangers from various communities who make an impact on both small and large scales. Through The Community Top 100, we create content that tells the stories of different communities, allowing us to choose which stories we tell and, most importantly, how we tell them. We do this with cultural sensitivity and without stereotypes. By sharing our own stories, we highlight people from our communities in the annual Community Top 100.
The call for social equality, representation, LGBTQIA+ acceptance, the BLM movement, and the critical generations that come with it: together, we are standing for a shift in society. A shift in perception and in patterns of thinking; we demand equality at every level of society.
By creating The Community Top 100 every year, the 100 names become ambassadors for our platform, increasing the impact of our mission each year. By making these role models part of our philosophy, they are also seen and placed in a different context by their own communities, as well as by the media, organizations, and businesses. We believe in the power of inclusivity and representation. We make professionals and talents from communities visible, showing a more realistic Netherlands; one that is built on strength and the conviction that our society can only truly progress when we embrace our differences and better understand each other.
